She has been practicing the art of henna since 2014 and began to do it professionally in 2016. She specializes in body henna where she can create unique pieces tailored to her clients. Henna graduated from the Nail Studio program at Blanche Macdonald in 2021 and now works as a Medical Nail Technician in a podiatry clinic.

Gunnu is a self taught henna artist in the UBC/Point Grey area. She began learning in 2021 when she held a small henna party for her coworkers for Diwali, and fell in love with the craft ever since. She is inspired to find a unique style with fun, modern twists, and is eager to work with clients to create designs they’ll love.
